Mission Statement
To advance inclusive development in Nepal and the Global South by strengthening data and process supply chains, promoting community-driven projects, fostering collaboration between local governments and communities, and adapting global knowledge and best practices to local contexts.

Who We Are
Founded in 2015, the Centre for Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D) is a not-for-profit research organization focused on improving data and process supply chains that support public service delivery.
Our work centers on empowering rural and peri-urban communities in Nepal and across the Global South through project design and implementation, fostering collaboration between local governments and communities, promoting data-driven development, and adapting global best practices to local contexts. We actively promote Private-Public-Partnership (PPP) models to ensure that development initiatives are sustainable, inclusive, and driven by community participation.
